The aim of the Ministry of the Civil Service is to promote and guarantee:
- An attractive and exemplary public service enabled by performance-oriented, dynamic and highly motivated public officials,
- A quality public service based on a simple, innovative and effective regulatory framework, which favors social cohesion and the economic prosperity of our country.
On 20 April 2022, Marc Hansen, Minister Delegate for Digitalisation and Minister for the Civil Service, received the new US Ambassador to Luxembourg, H.E. Thomas M. Barrett, at the Hôtel de Bourgogne.
For the public celebration of the birthday of HRH the Grand Duke, members of the Grand Duke's family and the government will attend the festivities organised in Esch-sur-Alzette, Bourscheid and Luxembourg City on 22nd and 23rd June 2019.

Starting 7 November, Guichet.lu will be available entirely in English. Proposed by Dan Kersch, Minister for the Civil Service and Administrative Reform (Ministre de la Fonction publique et de la Réforme administrative), and conducted in close collaboration with the
